Happy new week friends! I’m coming to you with my first post from my new partnership with ASOS. I have been a longtime fan of the brand (as I’m sure y’all have noticed) and I’m over the moon to be working with them. I know you guys are going to love these upcoming looks as well which has me all the more stoked. Without further adieu (I just spelled that correctly on the first try. Please send virtual back pats), let’s jump right into it.
Disclaimer: For all my ATL followers, I’m aware that it is still unbearably hot some days around here. Mother Nature of the South is a moody broad BUT I’ve already mentally and apparel-ly switched into Fall and I don’t do anything half way. With that being said, you can bet your bottom dollar you’ll see me sporting knits and boots plenty in the coming weeks. Also, it’s technically the first official calendar day of Autumn so look at that! My sweat in the name of fashion is justified.
There’s a couple things about these looks that I want to point out specifically because well, you guys know I have more wind than two measly paragraphs, don’t you? First things first, can we talk about this leopard skirt? I have seen animal print EVERYWHERE this season and I think cheetah print and I are getting on just fine. Honestly, at this point it’s basically a neutral and can be styled as such. The knit that I paired with it is everything you could ever want in a sweater too, take my word for it. It’s chunky, the perfect color, and oversized in the most flattering way. Sign me up.
If you saw my Instagram post, you know I’ve aptly named myself Neutral Nancy since 75% of my closet consists of just that; neutrals. Well, they say love at first sight can make a person do crazy things and in the throws of it I found myself selecting this gorgeous blue dress. And guess what? I don’t regret it, not one bit. As a matter of fact, I think this dress alone has resurrected my love of color and I’m very much looking forward to playing with it more this season.
For my last look, I went for something that was totally and predictably me (*Enter stage left* an oversized plaid blazer, black tank, good denim, and sleek black boots). This is what most people consider my uniform and I would never dispute this opinion. These boots that I styled with each of these outfits is by far my new favorite. You should snag some too so we can all match, okay? Awesome.
Speaking of which, if you don’t fancy text links, you can scroll through the slider below to shop all of the pieces in these looks. I cannot wait to share more of this collab with you guys in the coming months. Until next time!
Stay out of trouble this weekend, kids!
xx
