What’s up y’all?! I am so insanely excited about this blog post that I’m not even going to ramble about irrelevant life events at the beginning like I normally do. It’s partly fueled by my excitement and also a lack of events in the last few days that are funny enough to share. You’ll be happy to know that I stayed upright in the shower for two days in a row. If you’re confused 1. You should read my blog posts more often, I’m hilarious (pure sarcasm and narcism rolled into a neat little package) and 2. Go check my last blog post if you want to hear how I nearly fell to my premature death in the shower on Monday.
So much for not rambling.
ANYHOW, whyyyyyy in the wide world are you so damned worked up about this blog post, Chan? Thank you for asking, you kind soul- it’s because we are talking about one of my favorite things. Drum roll please…..
WINE! VINO! HOORAY!
Even better and more specifically than just any old wine, we are discussing my personal favorite (mine and every other twenty-something female I know) variety of such, especially in the warmer months of the year. You’ve probably guessed it.
YES WAY, RO-FREAKING-SE.
I adore a good glass of rosé and my affinity for it is always strongest this time of year. That’s why I was over the moon (can you tell?) to work with Mirabeau Wine on the launch of a very special product that they’ve released- rosé in a can! This is quite possibly the greatest idea I have heard in all of 2018 and it’s one that I couldn’t help but get behind. To fill you in on the details- it is called Pure Provence. It comes in the cutest little slim canette and on top of that it’s SO GOOD. It’s on the dry side but aromatic and delicious, just like I like it. Have I sold you yet? That’s what I thought.
The great thing about having your Pure Provence rosé in a can is the fact that it can so easily be packed up and taken with you. It’s perfect for parties, cookouts, brunches, festivals, picnics (as I decided to indulge in), and a number of similar get-togethers. No need to pack and lug around a heavy bottle- if you have these handy you can take one and pass it around. Sip it and share it because this one is a definite crowd pleaser. Something I personally love about the idea as well is that when left in the can, it’s a more casual and inclusive way to enjoy your beverage of choice. Because let’s face it, who feels comfortable pouring a glass of wine at a tailgate? Rosé in a can; snobbery factor- zero.
Pure Provence just launched in the US and hit the shelves at Whole Foods so be sure to grab a pack on your next grocery run! If you need me, I’ll just be over here sipping my wine in the park in the sunshine.
xx
